While these apps stood out from the pack, there are other quality news apps in the Windows Store such as the Guardian (opens in new tab), the Windows Central app (opens in new tab)(an excellent tech site from what I hear), the Wall Street Journal (opens in new tab) and Flipboard (opens in new tab). It brings all the news to you whenever you want it. It points out new news stories in your feeds, and lets you search for news with ease. Just go to the Search bar of the Windows 10 and search for Microsoft Store, when it appears, click to open it. With Newsflow, you are given a standalone feeds sync engine, that organizes your news feeds.
You can change this behavior from the app's settings. The main page of the app displays news from your feed, and by default it shows the thumbnail image from the article. It has a ton of features which you may like. The only thing missing from the CBS News app is the sports section. The installation of Newsflow news reader app is very simple on Windows 10 systems.
